When Matt was only six or seven, his parents met a group of gypsies while hiking with their children in Northern Italy. They accepted the Twining family into their fold and taught them a great deal about the gypsy life and philosophies.

His entire family is musically oriented. His mother sings and his father is a professional musician in the Seattle area, specializing in guitar and piano primarily. In addition to acting, Matthew is also an accomplished musician and singer, playing guitar, piano and drums, among other instruments.

Mathew is no stranger to the stage and screen, has recently played Peter in Theater Art Guilds's "Prelude to a Kiss."

Angela first became involved as the choreographer for META’s outstanding West Side Story. Only a few shows later, COVID shut down live theatre productions. Still, The Lincoln produced the first show out of quarantine with Angela’s rendition of A Christmas Carol. She has been directing, acting, and choreographing for over 30 years, with favorites being Hamlet, Lion in Winter, Little Night Music, and Mr. Roberts, to name a few.

Her work has been featured in magazines, books, movies, onstage, and on New York fashion runways.

Most recently she has costumed a musical for Theater Arts Guild, and Der Rosenkavelier for Pacific Northwest Opera.  Working in theater uses all her skills, design, millinery, pattern making, dyeing and so many more. She has also worked in the non-profit arts field as a grant writer and support staff for theater, writing, dance and visual arts organizations.

Renee owns and operates Social Fabric, a design studio located in Bellingham. She also teaches all levels of sewing and fashion design classes, including; pattern making, pattern grading, transformational reconstruction, subtractive cutting, draping on the form, etc.
